What I am saying is this. There is no way to predict if the children will be albinos, until they are actually created. And people with the albinism gene are normal.

This question is not answerable.

S mother is carrier and his father is normal. S brother has got white patches but not all over the body. But he has not got but I think he is carrier of that gene.Is there any probability that his children will be born with white patches as his brother kanchu 1 month ago .

Pls answer to my question kanchu 1 month ago .

OK, first of all, please stop referring to people with albinism as "not normal". That is rude and insuting. Second, people with white patches are not albinos.

That is a skin affliction called vitiligo. Albinos are people with pale skin, light hair, pinkish eyes, and visual abnormalities resulting from a hereditary inability to produce the pigment melanin. Nothing to do with patches. So your thinking the father is a carrier of abinism is incorrect, if you are basing that on the brothers skin patches.

And lastly, one more time - there is no way to know if a child is gonig to be an albino before conception. None. How do you know the mother is a carrier?

.

Sorry for that but one of mother's relative has albinism. And can we test the foetus at the time of pregnancy and treat it? What might be the cost of testing.

Almost certainly, "normal". Albinism is a recessive gene, for the most part, which means BOTH parents have to be carrying the gene to pass it to their children. That's why it's so rare.

What you are really asking about is vitiligo not albinism. These are 2 different things. Vitiligo causes a person to loose pigmitation.

Which I have a very mild form of. Vitiligo is inherited but it can start off in white patches. Albinism is also inherited but does not start off in patches.

A person is already born an albino with very white skin all over.

Both of these can occur in any race with some slight differences. Albinism in A White person who has it can have be born with blue eyes and sensitivity to light or sunlight to the eyes. A Black person born with albinism has very pale light brown eyes,in rare cases they may even have the very very pale light blue eyes which is rare in a Black person to have.

And their eyes are sensitive to sunlight or bright lights period.

A person with vitiligo can also be sensitive to bright lights. But with a difference. Their eyes may not loose any pigmitation at all.

Whereas some people with vitiligo can loose pigmitation in the eyes slowly. Just like they can loose pigmitation of their skin. Any race can have vitiligo.

But it is more noticeable in Black People. Sunlight can make the spread faster. Or the sun can cause other patches to form somewhere else on the body.

There is nothing that can be done to really stop vitiligo from spreading. But a doctor that knows what he is doing can even out the White patches all over the body since they cannot stop it. Micheal Jackson had what is called universal vitiligo. In his case it could not be stopped.

So it had to be evened out. People with vitiligo have to cover up their skin if possible by wearing long sleeves shirts, pants, hats, sunshades. It depends on how wide spread vitiligo is on the body. An albino is already born with white skin and light eyes.

A person is also born with vitiligo but does not know they have it until their skin starts loosing pigmitation over the years. Stress can also cause vitiligo to spread fast in someone who has it.

This a Black woman who is albino with light eyes and pale skin. science.nationalgeographic.com/science/e... html.

This is a photo of albino white people. Jpg.

Here is a list of some famous people with vitiligo. Famous Black and White people have pictures here. It shows a big difference in the 2 diseases.

If you will notice with vitiligo, most of these people do not have very pale eyes but are their eyes are and can be sensitive to sunlight or very bright light at times. vitiligos.com/people-with-vitiligo/famou... com/people-with-vitiligo/famous-people.

Sorry about the typo. I mean to say is,But their eyes are sensitive to sunlight or very bright lights at times.

And as was pointed out. No one can predict who will be an albino and who will have vitiligo.

Thanks for the information. Kanchu 29 days ago .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
