Has anyone seen the movie The Stepfather? Was it good?

I tried to find some positive things to mention about this movie, but I can't. I like to go to Yahoo! Movies for info on flicks, and I see the cast is just average to URL1 made $29M in US.

With total of seven critics, the average grade came to be C- The 1275 Yahoo! Users gave it an B.It was directed by Nelson McCormick, who to me, doesn't have an exhilirating list of credits. movies.yahoo.com/movie/contributor/18003... Interesting that Terry O' Quinn was in the original Stepfather.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094035/ Notice that both us that has answered did not watch it and gave you some negative feedback. Personally, I prefer to not watch remakes. It 's a remake of a movie that's not too old.

It wasn't even a classic back then. Can't people make up new characters? New titles and new themes?

The only time I read reviews and pay attention is when I'm reading Rotten Tomatoes au.rottentomatoes.com/m/10010668-stepfat.... I know IMDB is good but RT gives me perosnal reviews that come from the heart hehehe It gives The Stepfather 11% which is pretty bad....it might make a nice wet afternoon on the couch movie but nothing else .....

My friends said it was bad and wasn't scary, but I don't know. I would go see it just because Penn Badgley is in it :) Term Papers.

This movie is centers about a murder who is going after widow and getting close to them. In rather quick time they get friendly with the family and in the ending killing the whole family and famished. Movie was filled with thriller and we all had a good time over it.

Saw it over here and it was interesting.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
