I was home for few years due to Panic Attacks, they called it Agoraphobia. It was a severe case, so they said. I was also afraid of Birds and Cats since I was a little, all my life.. I changed my diet drastically, nothing from pigs or cows.No Wheat or Rye etc. No eggs.. no soy... Anyway, the life-long fears left me forever and quite unexpectedly and quickly.
The Panic disorder became no problem within a month or less. I haven't had a panic attack in years and years and years... but I could if I really had to...lol.... I DO remember how... I do have anxiety, but you would too if you were raised by Chaotic self-centered Wild People in a suburban vacuum. Anyway, consider food and environmental sensitivities that may keep you tense, excitable, even scared.
Unable to focus, concentrate, or remember what you were doing one second ago... BTW if you look it up on the web, you will find many articles on how Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Syndrome is a FORM of panic disorder, but they have it backward.. PANIC DISORDER is a symptom of Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Syndrome.
I suffered from panic attacks for years, but I learned how to control them and eventually made them stop. Now I'm able to distract my thoughts or talk myself out of the attack by reassuring myself that I'll be fine, no matter how scary the attack feels. I used natural method (a combination of physical exercise, meditation, breathing techniques and few other methods) and it worked perfectly.
But it required some effort. To get the best panic attack relief you just need to remember to be in charge, you can make your body come under control. You just have to be willing to try.
I suffer from occasaional panic attacks. If it is something that really bothers you, or it happens a lot I would suggest that you talk to a doctor about it. When I get my attacks, it's best that I sit down and try to take deep breaths.
Then I ask myself why I'm worried. Then I ask myself more why questions based on that. Sometimes, if it's really bothering you, it helps more to write it down.
Not only does it calm you down, it gives you a record of how often you have them/what you have them about. You may be able to recognize triggers, which is important. This may sound cheezy, but it works for a lot of people.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
