Honestly, It is just an ear piercing. 13 is not too young for another ear piercing in my opinion, especially since it could be easily taken out and healed as if it was never there. What I would do is come to her as an adult and say that you will take full responsibility for whatever happens with the piercing.
Also you can try asking her what you would need to do in order to persuade her to let you get one. You could also try to see if you somehow got the money yourself if she would allow you to get it done. Another thing you can try is showing her some of the crazy things that other people are getting done to themselves to give her a little bit of perspective as to how serious it really is.
And along with the "mature adult" thing, you can also show her that you are doing your research on the aftercare of the piercing along with finding a piercer that will not make you lose an ear. Hope I helped!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
