How can eating processed foods affect my antioxidant levels?

Historically, we ate food rich in antioxidants, such as plants, berries, and nuts. In the last century, the advent of advanced food manufacturing has radically changed how we eat. In the early 1900s, the processing and packaging of foods became an enormous growth industry; today, it's the largest industry in the world.

Unfortunately, it's an industry that processes a lot of nutrients out of our diets that are sorely needed for optimal health and energy metabolism. Our bodies are equipped with their own antioxidants to protect us, but they are easily overwhelmed by poor diet.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
