This actually won't work with your current PC setup. Radeon graphics cards with DisplayPort are the only ones capable of outputting to 3 monitors, AKA "eyefinity". In this case, your GPU came with HDMI instead of DisplayPort.

You'll likely need a new/second GPU. Note that, if you actually buy a second 6450 (with or without DisplayPort), you can use them both in what's called "CrossFire". That way you wouldn't even need a DisplayPort to DVI/HDMI/VGA adapter (though that's assuming the GPU wouldn't come with one).
