How can I help a bedridden person sit up in bed?

Create a makeshift backrest for the person who must stay in bed and would like to sit up. First, remove the pillows from the bed. Then, take a straight-backed chair and turn it upside down and place it on the mattress where the pillows were.

The front edge of the seat will touch the mattress, the legs of the chair will be pointing in the air toward the headboard or wall, and the top portion of the back of the chair will rest on the mattress, creating a slanted surface to cushion with pillows and lean on.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
