How can I stay motivated to improve my sleep habits?

Getting a good night's sleep is one of those behaviors that is rewarding once it starts to happen. As we have all experienced, there is nothing better than feeling completely refreshed when you wake up. As you begin to develop better sleep habits and your sleep improves, you will feel rejuvenated and rewarded.

However, there is nothing wrong with a little extra reward in the form of gold stars on your sleep log, or even a treat at the end of the week if your sleep is improving.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
