How can I think positively about my irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)?

One of the best ways to expand your perceptions and empower your beliefs is to look for the blessing in everything that happens to you. What if "everything" -- even things that that don't seem to turn out for the best -- carries with it some benefit? What if it is your job to discover, learn and grow from it?

Wouldn't that change the way you view your irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), stress and adversity? If you look for a blessing in every experience, if you look for a way to heal and grow, some of your suffering may be alleviated. Looking for the blessing in everything that happens is really about looking for the possibilities for growth, freedom and healing in every situation.

Though certain life events may seem at first to hinder your growth, limit your freedom or sabotage your health, you can often find within those events the seeds of even greater growth, freedom and healing. In what ways does IBS hinder your growth, limit your freedom and sabotage your health? Now ask yourself if your IBS has -- in some way -- made you more loving, stronger or more compassionate with others.

Can you find within your IBS the seeds of greater growth, freedom and healing?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
