You will have to do a full restore to send it in to Apple and or take it to the Apple Store. More then likely, you will lose all data related to 3rd party jailbroken applications. ITunes will do a full backup of your phone but it may not like the applications you installed after jailbreaking and thus they will be lost.
ITunes does not recognize those applications properly. I wish I had better news..but been there and done that. :).
Chances are they won't service it if the jailbreak is still present, they will blame the issues on that. To do a full restore, open up iTunes, go to your iPods page, and click on Restore iPod. This will take a while.
I would suggest doing a full restore this is the only way to be sure that apple won't find any traces of the jailbreak, although in my experience with apple they usually just send out a new one once the delivery company has your broken one in hand.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
