This is an easy recipe for the Chocolate eclair lover. It is much faster and less work than making single eclairs. I hope you enjoy this timesaving recipe!
Preheat Oven to 400*F. Bring water, butter, and salt to boil. Turn to medium.
Add Flour. Turn to low heat. Beat vigorously with wooden spoon till mixture leaves the sides of pan and forms a ball.
Add eggs one at a time, beating vigorously after each until mixture is glossy. Spread evenly onto baking sheet, bringing mixture up the sides of pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes....Turn oven to 350*F.
Bake 20 minutes longer or until golden. Prick holes in "puffs" with fork or paring knife. Return to "Off" oven with door ajar for 30 minutes to allow pastry to "dry".
Mix Vanilla pudding according to directions on package. Spread over the eclair pastry. Chill.
Top with Cool Whip Topping, and drizzle with Hershey's Chocolate Syrup. More.
