I suppose in some way it depends on how ethical your people are. Some people can do the job for its own sake whether they feel good about it or not, but some people have to buy into why they're doing the job before they can be productive. It also depends on how inspiring the boss is.
Does that person set an example of positive productivity? Does that person go around making sure everyone has what they need to do their jobs well? Profitability depends on all of these things.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
