How long does an executive chef work in a day?

I'm a cook in nyc. I start my day at 9 AM and don't get out of the kitchen until 11 PM. Get home around 12, sleep and wake up at 7:30.

I do this 6 days a week and on my feet the whole time. I only sit down when there's a seat on the subway and in the bed. The chef even works longer.

This business isn't for weak people.... it is the hardest industry you can get into by far.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
