How to get the Shape of the transparent portion of a BufferedImage in Java?

You could try it that way: treat the original image as an undirected graph whose nodes are the transparent pixels. Put an edge between adjacent nodes on the image (i.e. Transparent pixels that are directly above, left, right, below, and diagonal).

Find the connected components for that graph. Then for each connected component, compute its convex hull. Return a List containing each of those hulls, each hull being a Shape.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
