How to INSTANTLY calm down If you become INTENSELY angry at work?

That's what happened to me in January. I got SOOOO pissed off at my younger brother that we had this huge brawl in the living room. I don't think I've ever felt so angry like that in my life and it was just over a phone.

I wanted to ******* kill him. So I totally get where your coming from. I gave him a bump on his head.

I was an intensity angry girl before. Because of that fight, my mom sent me to therapy. Maybe the anger is triggered by lack of control or not understanding how to cope with it in better ways.

I still get angry, but this time, I learn to find better ways to deal with my anger so I wouldn't hurt anyone cause your anger can affect your family. Maybe see a counselor/therapist and see what causes your anger. Also, take anger management classes or join a boxing club or something so you could harm and attack without hurting anyone.

Trust me, I get it where your coming from. Cause it happened to me.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
