I can be hot, I can be cold, I can be mild, I can be bold. I can be tall or I can be short.What am i?

Coffee can be hot, cold, tall, short, and bold...but I don't know if it's ever considered mild. What about salsa?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
