I found a flea on my cat and treated him last night is it normal that I still found alive one on him? Should I treat him again?

Its OK as a treat, but cats nor kittens should have much of it as it is not a replacement for the nutrition they should be getting from cat food. If you are talking about using it as a feeding for a motherless kitten, then it is not safe as it doesn't have the nutrients the tiny ones need to grow and thrive.
