Put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide on them; let dry, then put on some Triple Antibiotic ointment on both sides of your ear lobes. Do this twice daily at least; better to do it three times a day. Also, I suggest that you use an allergy-free type earring, just in case you're sensitive to nickel, or whatever the material of the post is.

Good luck.

It just sounds like the area hasn't healed well, but it may not yet be infected Here are some steps you should take to see if you can improve your situation:1. Wash your hands first with soap and water before touching or cleaning the pierced area. (Don't let anyone else touch the pierced area until it is healed.)2.

Remove any crusty skin from the site and from the jewelry with warm water.3. Gently wash the area around the piercing with antibacterial soap (liquid soap works the best).4. Gently rinse off all of the soap and crusty discharge.5.

Gently dry the area with a paper towel or plain white napkin. (Bacteria can stay in cloth towels.)6. Do steps 1-5 twice a day until the skin heals.

(Over-washing or over-scrubbing can irritate the area.)7. Do NOT use antibacterial ointments because they don't allow air to get to the area and they trap bacteria. Good luck!

Um... That is definitely an infection. If I were you I would start cleaning them with your ear care solution really well.... DO NOT USE ALCOHOL OR NEOSPORIN OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT on your piercings because they will start to work themselves out and they won't heal properly. If you mix seasalt with warm water and poor that on there a couple times a day it will help them heal.

There is also a product out called H2Ocean that works REALLLLLLLY well on piercings and tattoos to heal them. I recommend this product. I have 4 tats and 13 piercings and it's always healed mine realllly well!.

1 When I had my ears pierced, one of them got infected. It wasn't dried, as you said, it was red, hot, and had pus in it, and I had to swab it with alcohol several times a day to get rid of the infection. What you describe doesn't sound like infection to me.It might be an allergic reaction.

However, I was told to swab my ears with rubbing alcohol twice a day (irregardless of the infected one) to keep infection away. I hope you are doing that. If the dryness bothers you, you might go back to the place where you got them pierced and ask them.

Or if it looks and feels bad, a trip to the doctor's will ease your mind.

2 I was told by the doctor who pierced my ears to use rubbing alcohol whenever the holes become inflamed or infected. That was quite a number of years ago, and once and awhile one ear or the other develops a slight infection -- usually for some inexplainable reason. Rubbing alcohol has always been my go-to remedy, and it has never failed me.

BTW, it's not unusual for ears to develop slight infections, due to allergic reaction, inexpensive earrings or any number of reasons.. Although, if you find the problem getting worse, it's always best to consult a doctor. ~ lin .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
