I have a bottle of wine that got hot for a long period of time. I opened it and it is not vinegar. Is it safe to drink?

Probably. The alcohol keeps down spoilage, and when it does spoil, you can usually tell by tasting it. Heat usually doesn't make wine go off.It can promote bad flavors, but it won't make it unsafe.
The flavor might not be as good, but what makes vinegar is OXYGEN, not heat. The oxygen reacts with the acetyl alcohol, converting it to acetic acid (vinegar) and water. It wasn't opened, so there was no oxygen to do that.("vinegar" = "vin aigre" French for sour wine) .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
