Ask yourself if you were staring a computer screen without moving for a long time, or you were watching TV at an angle. It's probably just muscle strain.

I read goldie080's answer and agree with the following exception:not just any doctor but a neurologist or neurosurgeon. X rays cannot expose a ruptured disk and by all means...never see a chiropractor for anything having to do with your spinal column. The phrase "pinched nerve" is a misnomer.

Usually what happens is a ruptured or swollen disk will lay against one of the nerves extending from the spinal column and cause constant pain. I suppose "pinched" is as good an explanation as most. There are, of course, treatments available so see the correct physician.

Best if you get checked over by a doctor. It could be a pinched nerve or strained muscle. One thing I'd recommend is to take a shower and stand under the warm spray for about 10 minutes; let it fall onto the painful area.

The increased blood flow will help to ease the pain and maybe clear it up if that's the problem. My opinion.

Dull pain...chiropractor that works on muscles besides the bones may help you.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
