That would be up to you! Either would look fine with blue eyes. You skin tone might make a difference, and your personality, but only you can determine that!

Either way will be a dramatic change, it sounds like.

If you have never colored your hair, you might try a few blond highlights. They look natural and can really enhance your looks. Don't do it yourself, though!

If so then I'd really have to say that I think that is a bit young to be doing something so "permanentish" to yourself. While it may not be so damaging to your hair the first time (though it still is to some degree), you'll need to re-do it to keep it up and that's when the damage really sets-in. And, even when using those roots only touch-ups, trust me, it's impossible to keep the dye to the needed-area only.

And, if you don't like it or get tired of it, you hair looks like H*LL if you try to grow it back out to it's natural color, and growing it back out takes a good amount of time to accomplish. I know everything I've said could apply to anyone, of any age, but at your 'tender-age' it's a pretty big decision...one that you need to be positive you are ready to handle, especially if it dosen't work-out, for whatever reason, for you. Why not think about trying high-lighting first like pammyj suggested - so much less 'drama' to deal with if you want to grow it out.

All that aside, I think dark hair with blue eyes is a very pretty combination and *much* less common than the blond/blue eye one.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
