Depending on what type of medication you are taking, sometimes it can be swallowed as well (eg. Levbid hyocyamine Sublingual can also be swallowed...whereas Nitroglycerin should be dissolved fully under the tounge for the quickest relief).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
