An outline I’d start with an outline of the major items. First, do a little research. What cultural differences are there?
Languages? Nationalities? Religions?
Jobs? Incomes? Races?
Origins? Sports? Foods?
Holidays? Entertainment? Clothing?
Politics? Now for each of those major topics, think hard, come up with four to six specific items. Then expand each item into a paragraph.
Voila!.
1 We're really not here to do homework for you. We're very willing to take a look at what you already have, review your ideas and give you some pointers and input, but to learn, you need to do the work yourself. Some questions you might find helpful:What are cultural difference?
What cultures are represented in Toronto? When and how do those cultures inter-mingle? There's a couple ideas, give it some more thought and let us know where you get stuck and we might be able to help.

2 Yup, what Tom said. Although I would bet that as this question was written around 10PM on Wednesday, that the homework was due today. I could be wrong; just going by past homework questions on Askville.

4 I lived in Toronto for 20 yrs a few decades ago. One thing that was noticeable in cultural differences was that the young people adapted to more freedom in western society but this conflicted with their upbringing where the parents, mostly the father, ruled with absolute authority over the family, especially so for the females. I think this has changed though over the years and most fathers do not dictate who the daughter should marry!
However, I've read of cases in Afghanistan where a daughter is imprisoned in her own home because of her refusal to marry the person chosen by her father or male representative (women don't have much representation over there obviously). So the thorny issue is far from resolved in some countries.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
