If already collecting unemployment, does amount made during a 1 mo consulting gig affect amount eligible for?

I was layed off from my job in December 08, and just got a consulting job for one month in February 09. It pays pretty well for one month and then is over (although not anywhere close to what I was making). Since unemployment in california tops out at $1800 per month, and my consulting job is for 3 times that dollar amount, will that affect my ability to collect the full $1800 per month once the job is over (starting in March)?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
