If an LTAC patient needs surgery at a hospital how does the hospital get paid for their services?

If you define LTAC as Long Term Acute Care, then the hospital will be reimbursed by the patient's primary and secondary (if any) insurance company. If the patient has VA benefits, then they will need to be admitted into the VA system. If the patient is on Medicaid, then Medicaid should reimburse the treating hospital under their specific rate reimbursement programs.

Of course, all of this might change under ObamaCare. And probably for the worse......

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
