The v5xstd. Exe contains the values for converting between different elevation datums and Geoid modeling. There also is a Minimum Installation Example and chart detailing which files should be downloaded for a given state.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
