Yeah but I would start out with acoustic, because if you can play really good on that, most likely you can play electric better, but if you start electric, your fingers won't be as strong, because the strings are thinner and neck is thinner. But whatever you want. ALSO acoustic is more romantic :).

Yes, but it will definitely feel different. The strings are usually thicker on acoustics but you can get used to it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
