If your neighbors cat was stuck in a tree, would climb the tree to rescue it?

I could give a warning about the cat but would leave it to the younger ones to rescue it. Just being practical.

If a cat is in a tree, it has a good reason for being there. Cats are perfectly capable of climbing back down. Com/View/2606353152.

Yes, when I had the ability to do so, now I would have to enlist help, but I did rescue a cat many years ago ,I took her home and gave her a good life, she lived with me for 16 years. I was at work at a new fed-x terminal , the floor was raised with ball bearings in it so that aircraft cargo containers could be rolled on it with ease. Around a concrete column there was a iron grating in the floor , I heard a cat crying its head off , I looked through the grating and there was a little tiger tabby cat looking up at me , she was wailing her head off, I got some tools and removed the grating , she jumped out of the hole and into my arms , purring her little hear out as if to say thank you, I let her go and she wandered off, I put the grating back in place and screwed it down, a while later there was this little cat under the grating looking up and crying her head off, the little con artist had another way in, so I went and got some cat treats at the store next to the job I was working on ( I was a mechanic electrician on this job, ) I put some cat treats in thee hole and she ate them, then I held one above her head but did not feed her, sure as shat , she came around the corner in about two minutes to get her treat , proof that she was not trapped under the floor with no way out.So I fed her lunch every day for about 4 days, ON Friday I brought a cat carrier to the job and put some treats in it , she went in to get them and I closed the door and took her home, she immediately took over and let me live with her, I took her to retire in Florida where she had her own private patio overlooking the gulf of Mexico , she was very happy and lived with me for sixteen years, I named her after a road sign , KEY LA 50 miles south, I named her after Key LARGO , her name was Keyla, I am glad I rescued her , so was she, she left me some four year ago , she was about 17 years old, she did well, and she earned her keep in my house with her love.

Knowing me I would without thinking then end up getting stuck myself! But seriously I do care about cats and would worry about a neighbours cat as much as I would if it were my own cat,but I have had a neighbour rescue my cat at 2 am on a cold frosty morning in his pyjamas,he got his ladder and climbed while half asleep, my cat was looking on amused at this strange man who had bed head hair! But he rescued her well done I say!

,and I am forvever greatfull to him as the tree was pretty high,so if I was strong and brave enough I would want to help a cat,but if I couldnt climb then I would help by holding the ladder steady at the bottom while someone else went up.

I'd be very tempted to since climbing trees was pretty fun in my younger days. Like the saying goes, though, discretion is the better part of valor so nowadays, I'd be using the trusty ladder in the garage to help retrieve the adventurous cat.

Nope. Never. That thing knew how to get up there; it knows how to get down.

We have a cat; I know cats. They know how to do things but they'll act ignorant in the hopes others will do it for them ("Lift me up to the food, please? I'm so old I can't; I'm too weak; meowwwwww.") I won't even let the thing in or out every time because it's not worth my effort (besides the fact that half the time I open the door for it, the thing runs the other way).

No...it can get down. If it is still up there a day later...tell your neighbor.

" "What is your favorite poem about a cat or cats?" "In my area there are several rescue shelters, some for cats. Some for dogs, some for c & d's, some for anything. " "I know this is not very sane but if I climb a tree by the road and just sit there, would I get into trouble?" "if you were stuck on an island what will you do to get rescue.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
