Universities don't really care about O-levels / GCSEs, it's A-levels (or whichever secondary-school-leaving qualification you go for) that matter. So yes, if you get good A-levels you can of course apply. *IF* you get good A-levels, mind you: with "mostly C's" at your O-levels you will have to put in a huge amount of effort to get even B's let alone A's at your A-levels.
So by all means go for it, but don't count your chickens before they hatch...
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
