Im still having some dull jaw pain. Its been a week and 3 days since the wisdom tooth removal. Is it okay to drink?

Go back to your dentist and he will take a look at it. It could be nothing more but just a swelling at the injection site. And only he can give you something to take the swelling down.

Call and tell him what you see in your mouth. I am sure he would like to see it to. Here in Askville we have no way to see it.

And there are no doctors here. But do that and keep us posted on what you find out.

My doctor isnt there on the weekends and unfortunately I have no insurance so I have to go back to work Monday morning and my hours are Seven to Seven I won't be able to make it to them untill wednesday. I've researched online and it could be a gland that will go down after a while but I'm still nervous about it. Thanks!

I understand the nervous part. I do not care to much about dentist myself. But I don't think it is anything to serious unless you are having some pain.

If there is pain with the swelling. Then go to the ER. They can look at it.

And they can give you something for the swelling until you see your dentist on Wednesday. That way you will have some medicine to help you in between visits and your nervousness will be gone some what.

Probably air, but you need to take rainbows advice and go back to the dentist. He shoudl make this right, at no charge to you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
