In an interview, how would you answer, "What is your greatest weakness?"?

This is a classic question that you need to always be prepared for. What you should not do is say something like, "I'm a perfectionist." What you should do is write down three things that you really feel are your weaknesses, but that you are working on to improve.

An example would be,"my weakness is that I am really shy, but working on being more outgoing and friendly." Try to come up with weaknesses that will not eliminate you from being selected but are also fairly honest. Good luck.

Also, don't forget the question about your strengths, which are equally tough to answer without sounding like you are full of yourself.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
