I am not a doctor. Whether or not being overweight is dangerous to your health depends on why you are overweight. If you are a size ten or smaller and are still overweight, your weight is likely due to an excess of muscle, not fat.
Muscle weighs more than fat does and so can make you weigh more than another average sized person would. Having too much muscle on your body doesn't put you at any more risk for health problems than an average sized person would be. If you are overweight because you have an excess of fat on your body, your excess weight is unhealthy.
If you are larger than a size ten, your excess weight puts too much strain on your body, putting it at risk for health problems. Even if you've never had health problems due to your weight before, you are still at significant risk for developing them in the future even if you are only a size fourteen or sixteen. The health risks you're more susceptible to if you are overweight due to carrying too much fat include (but are not limited to) diabetes, cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure and arthritis.
From WebMD -quote We know that being overweight or obese can contribute to heart disease and heart attacks, but does extra weight around your belly increase your risk of stroke? A new study says that may be the case. -endquote.
You're not actually overweight. And it's not being overweight that is harmful to your health, but being 'overfat'. You can be technically overweight and not be overfat.
Also carrying too much body fat around your abdomen is a health issue as this puts you at an increase risk of developing heart disease and diabetes. Your waist shouldn't be more than 32 inches. Here's motivation, think of what you strive to look like and it should all fall in to place if you just stick to a good diet.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
