Is it safe to give out email address for Paypal?

What you can do is...if you have a paypal business account... You can tell him: send the money to [email protected] NOT your paypal email. Then, if he does send the money, you'll get notification from paypal at your secondary email telling you the money has arrived. Now you can claim the money (by clicking "CLAIM" at paypal email -- this is safe...it's paypal notification email).

Upon claiming, paypal asks you if you already have a paypal account. Then you can link your secondary email to your paypal to get the money... UNLINK this secondary email after you receive the money. That way your buyer will never know your paypal email.

Or just use cash only...

Yes it is safe. They can not do anything to your Paypal account unless you give them your password. So for as long as you only give your email address, you will be safe.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
