No - Well, if you had enough you could drown in it :) And it is mildly acidic, so if you soaked your teeth in it, hour after hour, it could damage the enamel on your teeth. However, just drinking a glass or two - or ten - isn't going to impact ones health.
Depends on how you define 'harmful', but probably not Today, seltzer water is just carbonated water (water with high-pressure carbon dioxide to give it fizzz - like sodas). I found this from a 1881 household products instruction book on how to make seltzer water. Chloride of calcium and chloride of magnesium of each 4 grs. Dissolve these in a small quantity of water, and add it to a similar solution of 8 grs.
Bicarbonate of soda, 20 grs. Common salt, and 2 grs. Of phosphate of soda.
Mix, and add a solution of 1/4 of a gr. Of sulphate of iron. Put the mixed solution into a 20-oz.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
