Is there a way to open a US bank account for Foreigners and Non residents? I badly need one to create a pay-pal account?

Anyone can open a US dollar based account in a US Bank. You can either do it through the mail by asking for the paperwork and sending it back with the funds necessary to open the account. But the easiest way to do it is to go to a US Bank in your Country and open up a US dollar based account and then you can use it for collateral for your US dollar based accounts and business.

Depending on which country you reside in, you can use your own credit card to open the account, the bank will change your local currency to U. S dollars) or you can open a foreign currency (U.S. Dollars) account, meaning you put American dollars in this account, and the local bank will issue you with a card, that you can use on line. But, this all depends, on which Country you are living in, and their banking laws.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
