Isn't anybody upset that congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords has totally free full coverage healthcare?

Found out the Congressman have the same health care as all federal employess and not just a special one for themselves only. The government FEHB picks up 72 percent of the average premium toward the total cost of a premium—roughly on par with what a generous private-sector employer would offer. This is for all 8.3 million federal employees.

I don't think any gov. Official should get free medical, especially republicans, who want everyone to pay for it so they can keep getting richer.

Absolutely not! She was shot in cold blood while doing her job. I believe anyone shot at work would normally be covered by worker's compensation, would they not?

I'd much rather have my tax dollars help Gabrielle reach a full recovery then paying for illegal immigrants to reproduce, or to pay for food stamps for lazy, ignorant welfare recipients.

The poor woman was nearly killed while carrying out her job. I would be horrified if the government failed to cover her. I hope she covers as much of her health as possible.

It bothers me that politicians in general rarely have to live by the rules normal Americans do. Why should they have free healthcare and normal people have to pay? Their silver spoons are so large, I'm surprised they don't choke on them.It was very sad what happened to her and her recovery has been amazing.

She should have free health coverage. She was almost killed while she was on duty. She was attending her weekly people's conference.

She was there to answer questions and tell them what is going on in Washington. She was doing her duty as a government elected official.

No, it doesn't upset me. I am glad we have some people in Congress who are not complete selfish idiots. I believe that we should all get free healthcare, however.

I don't begrudge her good deal on healthcare, but I wish everyone could have the same deal.

I didn't know that, but yeah that does upset me. I'm struggling to keep health care for me and my family, but people who can afford it get it for free.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
