Kickboxing and Taekwondo?

The only productive thing you can really do is start jogging, ride a bike or jump rope to build a little stamina. The worst thing you can do is go into a martial arts school like you already know something. Students like that are unteachable because they already know it.

There is nothing you will learn over the internet that will make you look good. Trust me, I have seen it all too often. All you will do is create bad habits you will have to undo once you get your corrections.

Undoing things is harder and takes longer than learning them from the ground up and you will look more of a fool undoing bad things. Everybody started somewhere and we all went into a school without prior experience at one point. No martial artist will ever forget how they felt the first time and they are reminded of it every time a new student joins.

It takes guts to do this and you have to be humble. Both are requirements in martial arts if you ever want to succeed. So suck it up and go.

You will be glad you did.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
