I plan on giving my nurse a gift.. Bath and body works has buy 3 get 3 free going on right now! BUT I don't know about any allergies .. That goes for chocolate as well .. I would stick with a candle. Or a cute note pad..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
