The question as you state it doesn't make sense. (First of all, there are no such things as partial birth abortions. The medical term is 'intact dilatation and extraction').

The procedure is only done in the case of severe fetal abnormalities, so it makes more sense to compare it to another method of second-term abortions. If a mother has a tendency to bleed severely, she might be safer with intact D&X. It involves less change of laceration from the instruments inserted into the uterus.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
