Management trainee interview questions and answers?

Well first of all good luck on your upcoming interview. I think that in the whole interview process there are some questions that are going to be asked no matter what the job. My best advice is to Google "common interview questions" or something on that order to find out what might be asked when it comes to generic questions.

Doing research on the company is a good idea, because you'll probably be asked "what do you know about us. " Again Google is a good source, or if it is a larger company Yahoo! Finance or Hoovers.

You'll probably be asked about your leadership or management skills. How would you handle this situation, for example, or how would you reprimand an employee that is not performing well.

I would also bet you'll be asked questions about your skills and how they translate to the industry where the management trainee position would be. If it is in finance, for example, you'll be asked about your accounting and financial management skills.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
