I wouldn't use the spray then, I'd get a can, pour some out into a container, and dip paper towels in it. That way you won't be stinking up your apartment and breathing the stuff, or getting it on anything else. Put some old newpapers down underneath your sword.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
