My boyfriend hit me a few times and is locked up for a different crime for 20 months. will he get out and continue his abusive ways or will he change like he says he has?

While I was serving my 96 month sentence I found that people will continue doing what they were doing on the streets in the Joint and will pick up where they left off as soon as they hit the Bricks. They might stay clean and act right for a few months or weeks, then its back to business as usual. The people who make it, the people like myself, make a DECISION to Change The system won't fix him and neather will you.

He will make a choice, and I hope he chooses the Road Less Traveled By or he will follow 90% of the Men that served time before him. That Road leads him back to Prison and you either to the Hospital or the Morgue.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
