My haemoglobin is below normal and I am diagnosed anaemia.tell me the food best for anaemia?

If you have been on an iron supplement for 5 months and its not working you should go back to your doctor and get another form of iron or an increase to the current one. Normally Iron should build up in the body within 6 to 8 weeks. Five months is an awful long time having to cope with this problem.

I do know as I have been anaemic all my life and it's no joke!
