Absolute nonsense in the UK I would like to be a fly on the wall when he puts this one to his Solicitor. No Court in the Uk is going to take any of his excuses into account, facts are he hit you and someone else, if his brief stands there and says 'well he had a bad childhood' the Judge is going to say tough. The sentence will still be the same.

No he can't do that, he would need to have a medical professional present to back up his opinion and he can't press charges on something that doesn't exist. He is trying to avoid taking responsibility for his actions - if I was you I'd get as far away from him as possible because he will only get worse. Yes it is admirable of you to try to help him but he is obviously incredibly ungrateful.

Do yourself a favour, and don't get involved in his life any more than you have to.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
