Look, you're not going to have anyone here walk you through every combination of conditions that could cause you to not have internet service. Call your ISP. The fix is probably simple.

If you haven't already, try restarting the computer, and if that doesn't work restart your router. I don't know anything about DSL, but you could probably restart your DSL box too.

Try to ping your dns IP if it is fail try to change it to Google dns 8.8.8.8 .

They can find the problem and get you on line. For example, the firewall probably keeps some issues out, but it doesn't prevent going on-line.
