Employment rate = 56% It seems like the standard definition for employment rate is the percentage of working-age population who are employed. According to Wikipedia, this definition is from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. In your case, the population is the population of married males.

This is also called the employment-to-population ratio. If the unemployment rate is 20%, this means that 20% the labor force is unemployed. Hence 80% of the labor force is employed.

Since the labor force participation is 70%, this means that 0.7 times the working-age population are in the labor force. So, this means that (0.7X0.8)*100 = 56% of the working-age married males are employed.
