Although the Jays are playing great, it will be almost impossible for them to leapfrog over two of the best teams in MLB in the Red Sox and either Yankees or Rays to get the wild card. Not to mention the White Sox or Twins. But watch out for next year, when the Jays could well be a force to be reckoned with!
I think it's too early to count many teams completely out of it, but it would take a lot for the Jays to make it. One of the greatest thing about baseball is though, is that anything is possible. You are absolutely right, if the Jays continue to play at the level they are now, and a few other teams go on losing streaks, you could see Toronto in the playoffs.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
