Recently our company distributed a new handbook. An employee came to me and said that a sentence?

I don't think it makes sense when it says "then" so I would say "than" is the correct word.

The answer is than. The sentence should be written somewhat like this. Employee's hired to work full time or part time on the companies payroll with the understanding that their employment will end no later than the completion of their specific assignment.

Definitely lose the 'then'. Here's why:grammartips.homestead.com/than.htmlDo you need the 'no later than'? Employees engaged to work full time or part time on the company's payroll with the understanding that their employment will be terminated on completion of a specific assignment.

This sounds clearer to me...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
