My roommate is joining the Peace Corps, but Id like to stay in the apartment with a new co-tenant. How can we go about documenting a Change of Roommates?

If one or more members of your group should wish to be removed from leasing reasonability at the apartment, or, space and terms of your lease allowing, you should decide to add another individual to your lease, we will be happy to work with you to process the Change of Roommate request. We will need all vacating roommates to email their confirmation that they do not wish to share in future leasing responsibilities at the apartment. Once we hear from all parties that intend to move out, we will prepare a new set leasing documents with the names you indicate.

If a departing tenant made contributions to the security deposit, we will refund the appropriate amount to that person upon their departure. We will need a written statement from the departing tenant(s) and the remaining tenant(s) indicating the amount to be disbursed to the departing tenant(s). To complete the renewal, all new roommates (excluding family members) will need to come to our office to sign the leasing documents.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
