Depends. A reactive approach would be to build more roads and repair existing ones but a proactive approach might be to encourage people to live closer to to where they are employed and use more public transportation. My point is that we need more thinkers and less pleasers just to get elected.
Also the public needs to be open to better ways of doing things as well as being willing to act in a way that benefits everyone.
In my state, New Jersey, we have a good system of roads and bridges but they badly need repair. This was brought home to me one rainy night when I hit a huge pot hole and blew out both tires on the right side of my car.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
